1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TGT Quantitative Solutions ("TGT Journal", "TGT Analytics"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Software Usage & Licensing

TGT provides a journaling and trade replication software tool. The software is provided "as is". Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

3. No Financial Advice

TGT Analytics is a software provider, not a financial advisor. Our tools provide quantitative data, but we do not guarantee profits or prevent losses. All trading involves high risk, and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and evaluations at proprietary trading firms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard portal. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
